Yes boys and girls, out with old and in with the new.  Zoom.  Our New Year  weekend was hampered a bit by Virginia's cold - we didn't get to do our traditional New Year's Day morning hike to watch the Stealth Bomber, but enjoyed the day regardless.

I really don't have any philosophical recount of 2010 prepared except to say that it was jam packed with stuff - way more than what is normal for us. Zoom, it all goes by so fast.  So instead, I've just thrown in a few images from the New Years Eve, and New Years day:

I was just around 32 degrees this morning, as evidenced by the ice medalion created by the frozen kitty watering bowl. 

We never make a big deal with our Christmas lights.

I like the LED kind though, they look pretty good.
